With Opal's TIC program, each owner receives their pro rata share of the cash flow income, tax benefits and appreciation of the entire property. A separate deed and title policy is issued to each investor for their undivided percentage interest in the property.

Opal provides conventional TIC investment opportunities, as well as Opal's NetLease Premier. Opal's NetLease Premier allows TIC investors to enjoy a 20 year escalating triple-net (NNN) single tenant lease income with the appreciation advantages of a multi-tenant property. Additionally, with Opal's NetLease Premier there are no closing costs and the triple-net (NNN) lease terminates at buyers' option or upon the sale of the property. Therefore, Opal's NetLease Premier program provides a full appreciation of market value at the time of sale.
